Weemala

2025 Weemala Rose

The Weemala range is a little bit quirky and has attracted a loyal following for its restrained, elegant and excellent value for money wines. Weemala is both an Aboriginal word for ‘good view’ and the name of the Logan vineyard in Mudgee. The little devils on the labels represent the local Mudgee birds that have a very good view of the Logan vines.

All of the wines in the Weemala series are comprised of fruit grown in Mudgee and Orange – like all Logan wines – they are supple, fruit-driven and extremely drinkable. The perfect wines for those who enjoy something just a little bit different.

The Weemala Rosé is a blend of Tempranillo and Shiraz grapes, grown at an elevation of 580 metres on our own red-brown loam soil vineyard in Mudgee. The 2 varieties were fermented separately by wild yeast in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures. The wines remained on yeast lees for 7 months then racked and blended for bottling.
