2022 Clementine Blushing Minnie

CLEMENTINE

A little sassy, full of vitality and a touch of boldness, each of the wines in the Clementine range has much in common with their namesake, the winemaker's adorable daughter, Clementine ‘Minnie’ Logan.

Fermenting whites on their skins and reds as whole intact bunches results in distinctive colours, delicious textures and all kinds of crunchy, salty, tangy, yummy fresh flavours with a distinctive twist. Lots of fun.

BLUSHING MINNIE

The 2022 Clementine Blushing Minnie, a light bodied red comprised of Shiraz, Tempranillo, Barbera and Pinot Noir, designed to be consumed chilled.

Not to be confused for a rose, the aromas and flavours of Blushing Minnie are a fragrant mix of red and dark berries, plums and spice. This is an ideal wine for festive occasions – traditionalists may enjoy Blushing Minnie with a roast turkey, cranberry sauce and all the trimmings, whilst modernists will enjoy pairing this light red style with a spicy pork bao or peking duck pancakes.
