2016 Logan Cabernet Merlot
Our eponymous Logan range features wines made exclusively from grapes grown in Orange, in some of the highest altitude vineyards in Australia. These high altitude vineyards bring much to the table, creating wines of restraint and elegance akin to European styles but always with Australian fruit character.
The delicate embroidery on each of the labels in this range reflects the unique characteristics of each wine, depicting different branches, fruits and flowers. Each piece of embroidery took skill, patience and a little love to make, just like the wine inside each bottle.
The Logan 2016 Cabernet Merlot is a bright red colour with aromas of raspberry, cocoa bean, violet and tobacco. These continue onto the elegant medium bodied palate which also shows mulberry, blackberry, spiced plum fresh earth and a long finish.
