2023 Weemala Merlot

WEEMALA

For those that enjoy something just a little bit different, our extremely drinkable Weemala range has a very loyal following. They're all complex with pretty aromas, deep flavours and excellent value for money.

Weemala is both an Aboriginal word for ‘good view’ and the name of the Logan vineyard in Mudgee. The little devils on the labels represent the local Mudgee birds that have too good a view of our vines in Mudgee and Orange.

MERLOT

The Weemala Merlot balances structure, fruit and savoury perfectly. Keep some for a few years to allow for the earthy savoury notes to come forward as the tannins soften. This is the wine to open when you are entertaining friends.
